Bikes and trucks battled it out for glory in the desert of Baja California in Mexico last weekend in the 44th edition of the SCORE Baja 1000 race.
Kendall Norman won the Motorcycle race on his JCR Honda, as he did last year, and is pictured in relaxed mood in Ensenada.

Gustavo Vildosola Jr, 2010 Baja 1000 Trophy Truck champion.
Gustavo (aka ‘Gus’ or 'Tavo’) unfortunately had to retire his #21 Vildosola Racing Ford Trophy Truck, having at one stage been in the lead and on course to defend the title he won last year. “We decided to withdraw from the race due to mechanical problems that would take too much time to repair. Thanks 2 everyone for your support,” he Tweeted.
There was better news elsewhere in the truck class. Bryce Menzies and his team not only took third place in the Trophy Truck race, but also won their class and overall titles in the SCORE Trophy Truck series.
