Day three of the US Pro Cycling Challenge was one of the toughest and highest days in cycling history with 2 12,00 foot passes.  The day included a horrific crash on a cattle guard, aice on the wings of the airplane that beams the race video from the motorcycle cameras, a rainy descent from Independence Pass and new wearer of the Yellow Jersey.
